A tribal announcement noted that the late Mildred “Star Moon” Gray, a 103-year-old tribal member who recently walked on to be with the Creator, was honored with an honor dance at the 28th Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Corn Harvest Powwow on Nov 6.
