Riverdale Elementary School students and staff members have been enjoying “Football Fridays” this school year. A school news release noted that each Friday in September, Riverdale family members are wearing their favorite football team attire. On any given Friday, one can see local football teams, such as the Southampton Indians, college football teams and NFL teams represented. Officials added that Friday spirit days are just one way to make the school environment welcoming and exciting at Riverdale Elementary.
