U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott, who represents Virginia’s 3rd congressional district, toured some key locations in the City of Franklin on Aug. 30 with Franklin Mayor Frank M. Rabil and Franklin City Manager Amanda C. Jarratt. Among the places Scott visited in Franklin were the Cover 3 Foundation, The Children’s Center, the Hayden Village Center and the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center.
