Jonathan Scott graduates from Penn State University

The Rev. Dr. and Mrs. William Scott proudly announces the graduation of their grandson, Jonathan Garland Scott from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania.
Over Jonathan’s fours years at Penn State, he took part in several organizations, including Eclipse THON Organization, which raises funds for pediatric cancer care and research oncology, Biobehavioral Health Society and Student National Medical Association, He was a four-year member of the Bunton Waller Fellowship that provided full academic scholarships to a select number of minority individuals each year. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology with a GPA of 3.35. Jonathan has diverted from his original plan in the pharmaceutical industry to pursue opportunities in clean inexhaustible and affordable solar energy technologies, in Denver, Colorado. His aspirations are to help Source NRG build an up-and-coming renewable energy company.
Jonathan is the son of Garland and Cristin Scott of Bel Air, Maryland and the great-grandson of Deaconess Shirley Murphy of Franklin.
