FRANKLIN – Ernest L. Council of Oak Street, Franklin passed away on June 29, 2021 in Accordius Health in Courtland. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 1 p.m. in Union Christian Church, 206 Stonewall Street, Franklin with Pastor Nathaniel Council Jr. delivering the eulogy.
