A Courtland man is wanted in connection with an incident involving an obscene sexual display and reckless driving that allegedly occurred May 14 in Franklin.

Carlton Kearney Jr., 23, of Courtland, is wanted for obscene sexual display and reckless driving, and he may be operating a brown 1997 Geo with Virginia tags displayed, according to a Franklin Police Department news release. 

Anyone with information about this person is asked to call Franklin Police at 757-562-8575 or Franklin Crime Solvers at 757-562-8599. Information that leads to an arrest can earn the caller a cash reward while remaining anonymous.
