Franklin High School is celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week from May 3-7. A school press release highlighted how teachers are so much more than educators, also serving as mentors, fathers, mothers, friends, big brothers, big sisters or whatever role they need to play at any particular moment. The Franklin High School administration, front office and guidance team kicked off Teacher Appreciation Week by providing ice cream May 3 for teachers during both lunch shifts.
