FRANKLIN — Barbara Ann Stallings, 68, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020, in Chesapeake Regional Medical Center.

Barbara was a daughter of the late Harvey Anderson Stallings and Daisy Hope Stallings, and was also predeceased by her life partner of 33 years, Albert Joseph Bonner.
She was a 1971 graduate of Granby High School, and was retired from First Virginia Bank as head teller.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kimberly Butner Hope; her son, Harvey Andrew Butner and wife, Kimberly; her sister, Linda Newcomb; six grandchildren, Nicholas O’Hara, John David Norris IV, Brooke Norris, Jordan Butner, Kayla Butner and Megan Butner; and four great-grandchildren, Kennedy O’Hara, Daisy O’Hara, River Butner and Kaelynn Norris.
A celebration of life service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 20, in Wright Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
