Windsor Ruritans award scholarships

- Bentley Richardson, committee chairman of the Windsor Ruritan Club presents a $1,000 scholarship to Alicia Ray. She will be attending the University of Virginia.

Bentley Richardson holds up the $1,000 scholarship check with the recipient, Phillip Bowden, who is one of three graduates to be recognized by the Windsor Ruritan Club. Phillip will attend James Madison University in the fall.
Sarah Newman holds up her oversized check for $1,000, which was recently presented to her by Bentley Richardson on behalf of the Windsor Ruritan Club. Sarah will be going to Shenandoah University.
