COURTLAND — Timothy Allen “Timmy” Drake, 57, passed away on July 13, 2020, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.

A native of Sedley, he was a son of the late Andrew Thomas Drake and Rebecca Moss Drake. He was also predeceased by a brother, Dennis Drake.

Timmy was a 1980 graduate of Southampton High School, and a retired service advisor at Blake Ford. He coached softball and enjoyed fishing on the river, drag racing and visiting friends in his golf cart. Timmy was a good mechanic and could fix anything with a motor.

He was a member of Grace Memorial United Methodist Church in Sedley.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Kaye Raiford Drake; his daughter, Haley Drake Holland (Ethan); his twin brother, Jimmy Drake (Rachel); several nieces and nephews; and his grand dogs.

A celebration visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, July 17, in Wright Funeral Home.
