A Franklin man considered by city police as armed and dangerous is wanted for several charges, including grand theft auto. This is according to information provided by department spokesman Sgt. Scott Halverson.

Tyrell Brown

At 9:52 p.m. on Sunday, the communications center received a call of an accident involving a truck hit that had struck a building in the 1800 block of South Street. Units arrived on the scene and located an unoccupied, green Ford F-150, which had hit the building.

The communications center then received a second call indicating the caller heard several shots fired either from or at the pickup and then it struck the building.
