Drive-up COVID-19 testing to be offered in Franklin

FRANKLIN

The Virginia Department of Health has announced that it will be providing free drive-up COVID-19 testing in Franklin. Testing will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals. No one will be turned away, according to City Manager Amanda Jarratt.

Some form of identification should be provided by the person wishing to be tested.

The dates are Friday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Camp Community College, 100 N. College Drive, and on Saturday May, 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at S.P. Morton Elementary School, 300 Morton St.
