The Camp25 virtual camps continue, the second happening live tonight, April 30, at 7 o’clock on the program’s Facebook page.

Camp Community College President Dr. Dan Lufkin will speak to youth about the importance of going to school and getting an education. He will then read a story for the elementary school-age children.

Last week, Camp25 Executive Director Eric Benton has announced that Camp25 would begin offering three such activities, each lasting about 20 to 30 minutes.

Don’t fret if you missed that episode or even the others, the videos will still be available for repeat viewing on the Facebook page.

The third will be on Thursday, May 7, starting at 7 p.m. That’s when a Southampton County Sheriff’s Deputy will lead a mini-scavenger hunt. Benton said the officer will direct viewers to look around their homes and find everyday items such as paperclips or hairbrushes. Then these can be posted online.
