Franklin Southampton Economic Development, The Franklin-Southampton Area Chamber of the Commerce, and Downtown Franklin Association continues to provide resources and guidance for our beloved local business community. Our team is in constant communication with the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center as well as a network of state and national partners as we seek every avenue to sustain our local business community.

Information and links are available for the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan, the Paycheck Protection Program and SBA Express Bridge Loans as well as additional local and national resources.
