The Blackwater Regional Library and all its branches are closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 virus threat, according to information received on Wednesday afternoon from Bonnie L. Lauver, interim director.

“We will re-evaluate weekly to determine when the library will reopen,” Lauver stated. “Staff who are able, will telework throughout the closure.”

She continued, “As always, our online resources are available to patrons through our website www.blackwaterlib.org, and there are also free resources available for students; supplied from library vendors Midamerica Books, Scholastic and Audible.”
