Southampton County Public Schools has announced that because of the snow and possibility of ice on secondary roads, all schools will be closed on Friday, Feb. 21.

FRANKLIN

All Franklin City Public Schools will be closed on Friday, Feb. 21, also because of the hazardous weather conditions.

WINDSOR

Due to the current forecast for winter weather on Thursday, all Isle of Wight County schools and offices will be closed on Friday, Feb. 21. This, according to spokeswoman Lynn Briggs, applies to all students and staff.
