On Feb. 7, Carolyn Hurdle’s Culinary Arts students of Franklin High School practiced skills in creativity, critical thinking and food safety while preparing cold sandwiches.

Students such as Darryl Rawlings and Destiny Graydon, above, also practiced hospitality by delivering a mouth-watering sandwich to each teacher. Great starts for culinary arts!
