WINDSOR — Sue Don Cope, 79, a lifelong resident of Virginia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020.

Ms. Cope was a member of the Eastern Star and Colosse Baptist Church.

She is survived by her two daughters, Carol Cullipher and Debbie Kardel; two granddaughters; a great-granddaughter; and a great-nephew.

The graveside service took place in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at noon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in her honor to the charity of your choice.
