FRANKLIN — Boyd O. Kellogg, 90, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 26, 2019.
Born in Taylor, New York, he was a son of the late Charles Ray Kellogg and Mae Estelle Sergent Kellogg.
Boyd was a member of the Courtland Baptist Church, the Ellis Bible Class, the Choir and Bell Choir, and was a past deacon.
He was a member of the Marathon Lodge No. 438, Cincinnatus, New York, and a veteran of the Korean War, in which he served in the U.S. Navy’s VF 71 Squadron.
Bud, as he was known to all, was vice president and administrative consultant of C. Ray Kellogg Co. and Central Water Systems.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Hancock Kellogg; son, Carl R. Kellogg (Nonie) of Smithfield; daughter, Carol Mae Kellogg Miller (Gary) of Smithfield; stepdaughters, Victoria R. Ludlam (Frank) of Richmond; and Pat Infantine; stepsons, Eric Webb (Susie) and Donald Potter; four grandchildren, Celeste Kellogg, Jessica Donaldson (Jeff), Isaac Spencer (Jennifer) and Tyler Ludlam; four great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Rachael, Collin and Jacob Spencer.
He is predeceased by his daughter, Linda Kellogg Hawley; sisters, Veronica Althea Beckwith and Lora Marie Lansdowne; and brothers, George Raymond Kellogg and Lawrence Donald Kellogg.

Services will be conducted in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30, by the pastor, the Rev. Dr. John Paul Lotz, and assistant pastor, the Rev. Bill McCarron.
Following the service, interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland, Virginia. Afterward, family and friends will gather in the fellowship hall at Courtland Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, Dec. 29, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., in Wright Funeral Home, and suggest memorial donations be made to the Courtland Baptist Church. PO Box 148, Courtland, VA 23837.
