COURTLAND — Monica L. Turner of Shady Brook Trail, Courtland, passed away on Dec. 7, 2019, while a patient at Southside Regional Hospital in Petersburg.

The homegoing celebration will be on Friday, Dec. 13, at 1 p.m., in New Mount Zion Baptist Church, 415 Stonewall St., with the pastor, the Rev. C.M. Carter, delivering the eulogy. The interment will be in Southview Cemetery.

The service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St.
