FRANKLIN

The Franklin Police Department is partnering with the Franklin-Southampton Area United Way and the Armory Drive McDonald’s to collect toys for Edmarc Hospice for Children.

Those interested in donating are asked to bring new, unwrapped toys to the Police Department on Pretlow Street from Dec. 9-13 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or to “stuff the cop car,” which will be parked at the Armory Drive McDonald’s on Friday, Dec. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Franklin and Southampton County have 21 families served by the Edmarc Hospice for Children program.
