Pictured above: Capron Elementary School teachers come in as cheerleaders — complete with pompoms — for their students. This was the first part of a kickoff for the school’s participation in the Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports program. Dr. Allison Francis, principal, said the goal is to reward good behavior and “not harp on the negative. We’re learning as we go.”
