Recently, the Franklin Southampton Chamber of Commerce nominated Marshall Rabil (far right) for the 40 Under 40 Award. This banquet took place earlier in October.

The Inside Business’s annual honor recognizes outstanding young people succeeding in diverse professions throughout Hampton Roads. The top 40 were selected based on their leadership innovation, achievement and strategy for success.

Emphasis is placed on their community involvement and how they give back or use their talents to advance the region.
