DINWIDDIE — Martha Ann Porter Williams of Dinwiddie passed away peacefully at her home on Oct. 19, 2019.

Born and raised in Franklin, Virginia, she was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Marvin Porter, Janie Ethel Porter.

She is survived by her son, Dale Williams; two daughters, Junie Williames Rackley Raught and Lynn Yager; her brother, Gilbert Porter; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be today, Oct. 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. in J.T. Morris & Son Funeral Home, Petersburg Chapel.

The funeral will take place on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 11 a.m., in the funeral home. Interment will follow at 3:30 p.m. in Poplar Springs Cemetery, Franklin.
