The pancake breakfast at Applebee’s on Sept. 21, 2019, was well attended. The breakfast started at 8 a.m. and ended around 10 a.m.

Volunteer committee members, functioning as dedicated food preparation helpers, waiters/waitress, clean-up crews, and dishwashers, demonstrated that unity of purpose will always thwart any attempt to the contrary — the DEMS of the City of Franklin exhibited that unity.

We thank Applebee’s for supporting this fundraiser and we especially want to thank all those who participated in the event.
