FRANKLIN

On June 9, 78 boys and young men were recognized and encouraged to dream, set goals, persevere in achieving them, and repeat the cycle to grow and live a fulfilling life.

The second annual Achievement Celebration took place at the Franklin High School auditorium in the presence of family, friends and members of the Franklin-Southampton Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

The young achievers were chosen by principals, teachers and guidance counselors, according to Victor Picot, Achievement Celebration chairman and a member of the local fraternity.
