FRANKLIN
The Franklin Youth Football & Cheer board of directors held its regular meeting on July 16 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center. Present at this meeting were Felicia Crawford and Tracey Williams, the manager & assistant manager of the Franklin Walmart store.
The two Walmart came to make a generous donation on behalf of the Franklin Walmart to the Franklin Youth Football & Cheer Program. The donation was accepted by Michael Bradshaw, the commissioner of the league. On behalf of the board of directors, Bradshaw gave much thanks to Walmart for its financial contribution to this ongoing youth program. He added that this donation will be well used to support the five teams and cheering squads that are presently in the program.
