CARRSVILLE

The Virginia Department of Transportation, on Thursday, completed bridge work on Old Myrtle Road (State Route 632) in Carrsville.

As such, the detour along Freeman Drive (State Route 612) and Joyners Bridge Road (State Route 611) that began on June 10 has been lifted and the bridge on Old Myrtle Road has been reopened.
