FRANKLIN — Brenda Ladean Fager Morgan of Franklin passed away peacefully on Friday, June 21, 2019.

Born on Jan. 29, 1948, she was the daughter of the late John Winford Fager and Nannie Mae Cheatham Fager. Brenda was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. Brenda cherished her frequent tea parties and making memories with her family and friends. She expressed her love for her house and home by the way she decorated it and made it her own.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Hamilton A. Morgan Jr.; her children, Rena M. Yarbrough, Robin M. Morgan, Hamilton A. Morgan III and his wife, Catherine; and Bonnie M. Butler and her husband, Ronald; her grandchildren, Ben T. Morgan, Kendall Butler, Cole Butler, Jason Wise and his wife, Siobhan; Kelly Young and her husband, Chris; and Sarah Pittman and her husband, Nic; her great-grandchildren, River Young, Lane Young, Trevor Pittman and Brayden Pittman; her brother, Michael Dwight Fager; her nephew, Michael D. Fager Jr.; her niece, Shawna Fager; and numerous friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 28, at Ignite Church, 2219 Carrsville Highway, Franklin, from 7 to 8:30 pm.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, in the church with Pastor Bill Holcomb officiating. Burial will be private.
