FRANKLIN

On Monday, Franklin Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Charles Street for a report of shots fired, according to department spokesman Sgt. Scott Halverson. On arrival, witnesses advised that they heard several shots. There has been no property damage identified and no reports of injuries. An investigation is ongoing.
