Jean Porter and Holland Ricks (pictured) are proud to announce that their daughter, Kim V. Scott, received her doctorate in business from Hampton University on May 12. It is actually her third degree. She received her electrical engineering B.S. degree from HU, plus her M.T.A degree from George Washington University.
