Pictured above, Clifford Fox has been selected as this year’s recipient of the Carroll Cannon Scholarship. This award is presented by the Charles R. Younts, American Legion Post 73. Candidates are chosen from among the Boy’s State delegates of the previous summer. Fox lives in Capron and attends Southampton Academy in Courtland. He plans on attending Liberty University to study business. Congratulating Fox is David F. Scott, post commander.
