Eleven seniors gathered to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Dressed in green, the group heard Edna Butler read about St. Patrick and the Christian that he became; she read scripture and prayed.

Kitty Perry celebrated her 90th birthday on Saturday with a “Happy Birthday” song.

Several games of Bingo was enjoyed (prizes are furnished by members). Anne Griffin called the numbers and everyone won prizes.

Kathryn Cutchins picked up pizzas for lunch with salads and two green cakes for dessert.

Because the meeting started a half hour earlier, there was lots of time to visit.

Food was collected for Franklin Coorprative Ministry and delivered.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday, April 17, at 10 a.m. to celebrate Easter. There will be guest singers for entertainment.

Happy spring!
