SUFFOLK — Cecilia M. Carson of Ashford Drive, Suffolk, transitioned to her heavenly home on March 21, 2019.

She was born to Charlie and Dorothy Vinson Picott on April 7, 1939, in Carrsville.

The memorial service will be on Saturday, March 30, at 1 p.m., in Pulaski Baptist Church, 6431 Carrsville Highway, Carrsville, with the pastor, the Rev. Dr. R.E. Rodgers, delivering the words of comfort.

At the family’s request, all houseplant tributes given in honor of Mrs. Carson will be accepted at the funeral home or 31471 Cecelia’s Lane in Carrsville.

Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St., is assisting the family with arrangements.
