SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, Va. — Layfield Vincent of Charles Street passed away on March 11, 2019, in his home.

The homegoing will be on Friday, March 15, at 11 a.m., in White Oak Spring Baptist Church, 26125 Delaware Road, Franklin, with the Rev. Dr. R.N. Beale delivering eulogy; the Rev. Melvin Wofford will be the host pastor. The interment will be in Odom Chapel Church Cemetery.

The service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St., Franklin.
