The Virginia Department of Transportation has reopened Broadwater Road (State Route 620) following a bridge rehabilitation project.

Crews have removed the detour between Tucker Swamp Road (Route 635) and Beale Place Drive (Route 646). The rehabilitation crew replaced a beam, poured new asphalt and rebuilt the bridge railing.
