FRANKLIN — Bishop William “Ed” Owens of Virginia Street passed away on March 4, 2019.

He is survived by his wife, Minister Evelyn Owens.

The homegoing service will be on Wednesday, March 13, at 1 p.m., in Apostolic Faith Church of God, 680 Oak St., with Apostle Randy Beale delivering the eulogy; Overseer Ronnie Warren is pastor. The interment will be held in Southview Cemetery.

The service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St.
