Debra M. Loving

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — Debra Elaine Mustain Loving, 62, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away on Feb. 21, 2019.
She was born in Dallas, Texas, and moved to Wesley Chapel, from Roanoke, Virginia, in 2015. She and her family had lived in Franklin, Virginia, for many years.
Debra was a retired RN and BSN. She was a former teacher at Franklin High School.
She was a member of Myrtle Lake Baptist Church and the American Nursing Association.
Debra is survived by her husband, John C. Loving Jr; sons, Jonathan and Joshua Loving; daughter, Faith Loving Veach; parents, Max and Shirley Mustain; brother, David Mustain; sister, Diane Mustain Vaughn; and six grandchildren.
Her husband John was the former superintendent of Southampton Detention Center at Capron.
The memorial service will be in Myrtle Lake Baptist Church in Land O’ Lakes, located near Tampa, Florida, on Saturday, March 2, at 11 a.m.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
Donations may be made in Debra’s memory to Alzheimer’s Association.
