On Jan. 29, Georgie D. Tyler Middle School Principal Jessica Harding made good on a promise she made earlier this school year to kiss a goat if GTMS staff raised at lease $500 for United Way. Daniel Judkins, Isle of Wight County Schools’ farm manager, brought the goat over from the land lab behind Windsor Elementary.
