WINDSOR — James “Jimmy” R. Billups Sr., 72, passed away on Monday, Jan. 7, 2019.

He was born on June 7, 1946, to the late Jasper and Minnie Billups of Zuni.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 49 years, Rachel B. Billups; his three children, James “Jay” Billups Jr. (Stacey,) Cindy Seal (George) and Thomas “Tom” Billups (Michelle;) and four grandchildren.

The memorial service was on Friday, Jan. 11, at 2 p.m., in Tucker Swamp Baptist Church with the Rev. Curt Faison officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
