FRANKLIN — Mr. Joe Frank Claud, 88, passed from this life on Friday, Dec. 7, in Sentara Leigh Hospital Norfolk.

The viewing will be on Thursday, Dec. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. in Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home, Franklin.

The funeral will be at noon on Friday, Dec. 14, in Pleasant Plain Baptist Church, Dreweryville. Arrangements are entrusted to Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home.
