SUFFOLK — Richard Henry Buhls Jr., 71, passed away on Nov. 20, 2018, in his home.

He was a son of the late Richard Henry Bulls Sr. and Ellen Babb Bulls.

Richard was a retired produce manager for Be-Lo after 30 years, a member of Community Hunt Club in Carrsville, and member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joyce Darden Buhls; his son, David Henry Buhls (Tammy;) three grandchildren, Eric Buhls, Kayla Buhls and Jessica James; and six great-grandchildren, Isiah Albarracin, Adelina Buhls, Gavin Buhls, Nevaeh Albarracin, Ben Buhls and Levi Buhls.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. James Hyatt officiating. Burial will follow in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home, and suggests that memorial donations be made to Consulate Health Care, 23352 Courthouse Way, Windsor, VA 23487.
