FRANKLIN — Members of Zeta Phi Beta Inc., Gamma Alpha Delta Zeta Chapter, will be in the Ruth Camp Campbell Memorial Library in Franklin today, Sept, 25, from 5 to 7 p.m. for National Voter Registration Day.

The library is located at 280 N. College Drive, next to the Regional Workforce Development Center of Paul D. Camp Community College.
