MANASSAS — Jasper Winston Copeland, 75, passed away on Sept. 16, 2018, in Fairfax after a brief illness.

Winston graduated from Franklin High School in 1962, as well as East Carolina University in 1966.

He was a son of the late James Clifton Copeland Sr. and Nina Womble Copeland. He was also predeceased by one brother, Henry Lewis Copeland.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn S. Copeland; three daughters; four grandchildren; as well as one brother, James C. “Jimmy” Copeland Jr.

The graveside service will be at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22, at Woodvine Baptist Church in Manassas, Virginia.
