FRANKLIN — Elder Rosa F. Hart of Bank Street passed away on Sept. 18, 2018, while a patient in Southampton Memorial Hospital.

The homegoing service will be on Saturday, Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. in East End Church of God, 410 East St., Franklin, with Bishop Charlie Collins delivering the eulogy; Bishop S.D. Willis is the host pastor. The internment will be in Southview Cemetery.

A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 224 S. Main St.
