FRANKLIN — Mrs. Sarah Vincent Russell passed peacefully at home on Aug. 23, 2018. Her daughter, Tamberlyn S. Russell, was with her in Richmond, Virginia.

The service will be in St. Luke AME Zion Church, Franklin, on Saturday, Sept. 8, at 11 a.m.

Following the service, the family will fellowship in Courtland Ruritan Club.
