Former Zuni Presbyterian Homes campus to be auctioned

The former HumanKind/Zuni Presbyterian Homes campus at 5279 Homegrown Lane, Zuni, will be up for auction on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 2 p.m. Preview dates are Thursday, Aug. 23 and Thursday, Aug. 30 from noon to 3 p.m.

The property has been on the market since the facility closed in spring 2017. The former Presbyterian Homes and Family Services facility is comprised of more than 50,000 square feet of building space in a campus style setting on over 116 acres of land. The property offers five buildings that were used for adult housing (four brick and one vinyl sided apartment) as well as a brick and block cafeteria building/recreational hall, administrative building and paved roads and parking on the campus. The property also housed a processing and distribution facility for Zuni Gourmet Peanuts. The property also includes an in-ground pool and a pond that were used as recreational outlets for the residents.
