WILLIAMSBURG
The road for the youth and staff of the Franklin Summer Super Jam program continues to be tight and well traveled as their journey led back to the east and Williamsburg on July 18. But for this trip the bus passed Busch Gardens by just a little bit and stopped at Water Country, USA. This water park is the largest for the state of Virginia.

The youth enjoyed many of the 17 water attractions that kept them wet and cool all day. However, many of the group spent the most time in the wave pool and in the Rock ‘N’ Roll Island section of the water park.

The Franklin Summer Super Jam program is sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia and the Franklin Department of Parks & Recreation.
