FRANKLIN — Ronald Earl Beale Sr., 75, passed away on July 16, 2018, in the East Pavilion.

Mr. Beale was a native of Southampton County, and was a son of the late Spurgeon Clay Beale and Elsie Lee Bailey Beale. He was also predeceased by a brother, Paulette Beale, and a sister, Diane Hancock.

Mr. Beale was a retired house painter.

Left to cherish his memory are two daughters Linda A. Bradshaw (George) and Nancy L. Ezzell (Stevie;) two sons, Ronald E. Beale Jr. (Judy) and Clayton S. Beale (Sharon;) one sister, Peggy Warren; six grandchildren, Amber (Camden,) Jessica (John,) Sara, Stevie Jr. (Sabrina,) Tyler and Savannah; three great-grandchildren, Cole, Raylan and Emily; and his former wife, Renda Beale.

The memorial service will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. Howard L. Vinson Jr. officiating. Burial will be private.
