WILLIAMSBURG
Many people of today do not have the time or money to travel to various countries in Europe. But the youth and staff of the Franklin Summer Super Jam program spent time there by attending a field trip to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia. Traveling not by air, but on a school bus, the group made the trip on Tuesday.

Busch Gardens is divided into nine landscaped villages representing six countries of Europe. In each country, rides and attractions are located in them as well as sites for entertainment, dining and merchandise. The youth of Super Jam put a big dent in many of the countries of the park during their day visit.

The Franklin Summer Super Jam program is sponsored by the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia and the Franklin Department of Parks & Recreation.
